This doesn’t even deserve a one. They list 2 queen beds no they are full size beds. Then list a king bed and no it’s a queen bed. We stayed there 3 nights and the morning after the third night we asked the maid to not clean our room. Not only did she go into it after she went in and threw stuff away that wasn’t in the garbage. One of the things she threw away was my insulin for my diabetes. We got back that morning after going out to breakfast cause their free breakfast is horrible. It’s stale bread. Hard dried up bagels. Cereal Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran and waffles you make yourself. That’s it. We got back and they wanted a deposit after we had stayed there already 3 nights. Basically the made saw my syringes for my insulin and thought I was shooting up illegal ***** in the room so they thought we were druggies now. So go to the room and the container with all my insulin in it had been thrown away. I ended up having to stay the night at the ER cause I couldn’t get anymore insulin from the dr cause it was a Sunday. No apologies or remedy for this mistake on their end. Then when we checked out after the 4th night we were told that our deposit would be refunded. Two days later it was finalized not refunded and so I call and was told we trashed the room and smoked in it. Which is hilarious because I went and used sanatizing wipes and wiped down everything and even took out our trash. My husband and I have never smoked a day in our lives. The beds are not only smaller then advertised they are so uncomfortable. If we hadn’t been on a budget we would of left the first night. I’m planning on notifying days inn corporate office and reporting them and taking them to small claims over the cost of my insulin. Plus money was missing from my purse because I left it in room when we went to breakfast and husband took his wallet. Since staying there I had to cancel my debit card as well fraudulent charges started appearing on it. Stay away the savings isn’t worth it. My husband is retired military and never have we been treated like druggies till now.

The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, and consistently so each stay! The staff are professional, friendly and courteous. I've stayed at Days Inn Springville (Utah) on four separate trips while visiting family (the latest just this Thanksgiving 2024), and I'm always glad I did. (I tried a competitor on one trip two years ago and still regret I hadn't stayed here instead.) As a senior on a fixed income, staying here is a great value and kind to my pocketbook. I will always stay here when I'm visiting family in Utah!

We stop here twice a year on our way to Las Vegas, Phoenix, California etc.. and our way back to Canada. Never disappointed! This is one of the best Days Inn I stayed in. The rooms are remodeled and clean. The staff is very friendly. You have everything you need (except coffee in the room). They serve a light breakfast. The price is very good.

Very convenient for visiting Springville and Utah Valley. We have found their rates to be good, service super and ease of getting to and from the freeway quick and easy. Would recommend for a simple breakfast, clean room and good hotel in Springville.
